There is one position available and will be located in either White Bear Lake, Minnesota or St. Louis, Missouri. We have over 200 employees across 11 states, and are seeking someone with the confidence and experience to develop best practices, bring consistency, and ensure compliance across our firm?s locations.

We need a proactive advisor and coach to guide our location leaders on all matters related to employee relations, recruiting and hiring, workforce planning, benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement and retention. The new HR Director will possess a strong business mindset and exceptional partnership skills to develop strategies for our innovative, diverse, and growing organization. Our ideal candidate will be a key partner in helping us shape the HR program and practices that will carry us into the future.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will ideally possess a bachelor's degree (or higher) in human resources, as well as 8 or more years of directly relevant experience.
