Unique Challenges
This property is located at the confluence of two streams with wooded banks. The challenge was to comply with stormwater runoff laws and still provide the owners with the building location they wanted.
Solution
The building is set back into the trees and the existing cleared upland along the road is used for parking. A new storm water pond provides visual focus while cleaning the runoff before it enters the streams.
