This project required mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the 1,435 square foot tenant build-out. Larson Engineering provided a wide range of design services for this build-out consisting of mechanical plans and plumbing drawings for restrooms, utility room and hand sinks. Electrical design included lighting system circuiting, electrical power outlets and empty conduit routing and j-box location for TV, Phone/Dates, etc.
